At Sleepy Tie®, we want you to love your hair results; however, due to the hygienic nature of our hair care products, we can only accept returns on unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of purchase.

Return Process

  Verify Eligibility

  Ensure your Sleepy Tie® is unused, in its original satin bag, and still has the security seal intact to qualify for a return or exchange.

• 2.
  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and the return shipping address.

• 3.
  Package Your Item

  Securely place the product in its original box or a similar protective mailer to prevent damage during transit back to our warehouse.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects and approves the item, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
